Officers looking for snowmobile driver who hit 2 dogs in Enfield, drove off


ENFIELD - New Hampshire Fish and Game Conservation Officers are asking for help finding a snowmobile driver who hit two dogs.

Officers said the driver hit the two dogs Sunday on the northern rail trail in downtown Enfield. Both dogs were being walked by their owner at the time.

After hitting the dogs, the operator fled the scene without stopping.

Both dogs required medical aid.

"Monty" a 50-pound mix-breed sustained injuries to his hind end and a front leg that required surgery. "Jackson" sustained multiple lacerations but did not require surgery.

A friend of the owner also have created a Go Fund Me page to help pay for the veterinary bills.
