Nurse suspended from Portsmouth hospital after Fentanyl, drugs go missing
PORTSMOUTH – Lisa Lucas, a registered nurse working at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, has been suspended after a report of missing prescription drugs.
The complaint filed in April alleged that Lucas removed 12 vials of Fentanyl had no documented waste, return or administration.
A second review of Lucas’ paperwork in May led to new allegations that an additional 12 vials of prescription drugs including Lorazepam were unaccounted for.
The New Hampshire Board of Nursing suspended Lucas earlier this month.
A hearing is scheduled for June 18.
