North Hampton police seek suspect who violated gravesite by posting a political sign
NORTH HAMPTON - Someone is using a cemetery to express their political views, putting a sign on the grave of a firefighter's daughter opposing the new town complex.
Police are investigating the incident as a case of harassment. The sign was found at the Post Road Cemetery, placed on the grave sometime between March 3 or March 4, police said. The sign has been taken for forensic analysis. The town is soon to vote on a $6.5 million proposed municipal safety complex.
