No one able to get to or from Nashua High South after knocked-down powerlines close road

NASHUA — A pole was taken down on Riverside Dr. in Nashua on Thursday afternoon.

Access to everything on Riverside Drive after Panther Drive is closed, including Nashua High School South.

Because wires are still on vehicles the drivers are still inside, but they are unhurt.

The city of Nashua is working with NFR and Eversource to resolve the problem.

Any parents picking up students from Nashua High School South should pick up students at Stello's Stadium, police said.

They will walk to Stello's. Some after school activities have been cancelled.
