High pressure will push closer to us Sunday, so the winds will begin to relax and temperatures will begin to warm just a bit with highs in the upper 40s and low 50s amid partial sunshine. It stays on the mild side into midday Monday before a cold front passes through around noon and causes temperatures to actually drop into the 40s for the afternoon despite mainly sunny skies.
A new area of High pressure returns to give us dry conditions through midweek. By late Thursday, a weather system will enter the Northeast bringing showers for Thursday night through Friday night. Temperatures will get a little warmer Thursday before onshore winds cool us back down as we head into the weekend.
