NH1 Weather Insider with Cyrena Arnold for March 28, 2016

NH1 Meteorologist

It was a beautiful weekend but rain is moving in during the morning hours and will hang around for most of the day. Expect temperatures in the low to mid 40's with rain that could be heavy at times. With this rain we will also see some patches of fog, so expect decreased visibility in a few locations throughout the day.

It looks like the heaviest rain will be around the evening commute, so take it slow as there could be some localized flooding. In total, we are looking at 3/4" to almost 2" of rain to fall throughout the day.

We start Tuesday with a chance of flurries but quickly move on to a mostly sunny day with highs in the mid to upper 40's. It will be very windy however, expect sustained winds 15-20 mph with gusts into the 30's.

We start to warm up by mid week and will see the 50's and even the mid to upper 60's by the end of the week. With this warm southerly air also comes our next chance for rain. At this time it's looking like showers will begin late on Thursday and continue through Friday.

We then fall into a a cooler weather pattern by the end of the weekend, potentially bringing us some cooler than average temperatures next week.
