The high levels of humidity will lower for Monday afternoon as a decaying cold front slides off the east coast. Some fog will start the day off, especially in the valleys and then a good deal of sunshine will develop for the afternoon and despite the lowering humidity, it will still be quite hot with a light westerly breeze. Highs will rise into the upper 80s and low 90s in south & southeastern areas.
The more comfortable air doesn't last long because dewpoints will be on the rise again late Monday night as a weak warm front moves toward Maine. Highs on Tuesday will be in the mid 80's amid a mix of sun and increasing PM clouds. Another cold front will push through Tuesday evening which will generate a round of late afternoon and evening showers or thunderstorms, so you'll need to watch the skies for changing conditions.
After that, it’s back to a good deal of sunshine for Wednesday through Saturday with temperatures remaining in the lower part of the 80's.
Have a great week!
