NH1 Top 5: The most 'popular' celebrities born in NH

The Internet Movie Database (IMDb) has ranked the "most popular" celebrities who were born in New Hampshire, and it turns out some pretty popular people were born in the Granite State.

NH1 wants to know who you think should be on the "real" list and encourages your feedback.

Author's Note: Adam Sandler was born in New York City, not New Hampshire. Therefore IMDb does not have him on the list despite his strong ties to New Hampshire.

In case you were wondering, Seth Meyers was only ranked the ninth most popular celebrity born in New Hampshire.

Without further ado, here are the five most popular celebrities born in New Hampshire according to IMDb:

5) Eliza Coupe

Eliza Coupe hails from Plymouth and has appeared in several television series including 24 episodes of "Scrubs." More recently, Coupe was the star of a USA Network sitcom called "Benched." But on Jan. 14, Hollywoodreporter.com reported that the series will be cancelled after just one season.

4) Sarah Silverman

Sarah Silverman grew up in Bedford and got her start as a writer for Saturday Night Live in 1993. Since then, Silverman has done voice for the television series "Bob's Burgers," "The Simpsons" and "Crank Yankers." Silverman also did voice for "Wreck-it Ralph" and had her own show titled, "The Sarah Silverman Program" that ran for four seasons.

3) Wilson Bethel

Wilson Bethel is from Hillsboro and is now the one of the main characters on the television series "Hart of Dixie," a show that is in its fourth season on CW. Bethel also appeared in 78 episodes of "The Young and the Restless" and the first season of the "Austronaut Wives' Club."

2) Matt Czuchry

Matt Czuchry was born in the Queen City and got his start as an actor appearing on the television series "Freaks and Geeks" in 2000. Since then, Czuchry has appeared on "Gilmore Girls," several episodes of "Friday Night Lights." However, Czuchry is best known for his star-role as Cary Agos on "The Good Wife," which began in 2009. The show airs on CBS and is in its sixth season.

1) Mandy Moore

As it turns out, Mandy Moore was born in Nashua, but she and her family moved to Florida when she was young. Moore has won two Teen Choice Awards, two Young Hollywood Awards and an MTV Movie Award. Moore was the voice of Rapunzel in "Tangled" and starred in "A Walk to Remember" with Shane West in 2002. She has also appeared in "How I Met Your Mother," "Entourage" and "Grey's Anatomy."
