PORTSMOUTH - At the end of WWII the United States captured four Nazi submarines off the N.H. coast.
"So this was a gold mine," said Jim Craig of the USS Albacore. "So it was like we want to get those boats here. We want to see what makes a U-boat tick."
What was found aboard the Nazi submarines changed the U.S. military forever. NH1 News investigates more tonight at 10.
