NH1 News Investigates Buckling Down: Should NH drivers have to wear seat belts?

CONCORD - New Hampshire is the only state in the country without an adult seat belt law. Are we taking "Live Free or Die" too seriously? Or should it remain our personal decision.

One former lawmaker changed her mind about wearing a seat belt after sitting on a comission at tried to pass seat belt legislation in 2009. Six months after it failed, she was in a near-fatal car crash and believes her seat belt saved her life.
