NH1 News Exclusive: Police respond to mother's comments on Windham High threats
WINDHAM - Police have responded to a mother's accusation that the police and Windham High School officials have wrongfully accused her son of writing a threatening message in a school bathroom.
Police said they cannot confirm that Aubrey Hampton is one of possibly several suspects in their ongoing investigation.
They said they are taking this matter very seriously and are continuing their investigation through the coming weeks.
No arrests have been made.
Lisa Hampton said Windham Police have accused her son of being responsible of the high school threats.
In the meantime, Windham High School Principal Kori Becht has not returned a call for comment.
