NH1 First Alert Weather with Cyrena Arnold for June 26, 2016

Source: NH1.com

We have a warm Sunday in store, and for those asking, "When is it going to rain?" the answer is soon! Though we need almost 5" of rain to get out of the drought, we aren't going to see that much this week, but chances of rain are moving in on Tuesday through Thursday, so we should see at least some relief in the next few days.

Our Sunday is going to be sunny and warm with temperatures near 90 inland, near 80 on the coast. Monday is going to be another warm, sunny, but humid day with temperatures in the upper 80's inland and near 80 again on the seacoast

Changes roll on on Monday night into Tuesday as a cold front approaches the area and brings with it a chance of showers on Tuesday. Skies will be partly sunny to mostly cloudy with temperatures in the low 80's. The chance of showers will hang around all day along this very slow moving front.

On Wednesday, the front will still be in the area, creeping east very slowly, bringing with it another chance of showers and maybe even a few thunderstorms during the day. Skies will be partly sunny to mostly cloudy again with temperatures near 80.

On Thursday, the front should no longer be impacting the weather in the interior parts of the state but we could see a chance of showers continue on the coast through Thursday morning. Otherwise we will see mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 80's. Friday will be another sunny, warm day with highs in the mid 80's.

By Saturday, we could see another chance of showers roll in for the weekend, so stay tuned to NH1 for the latest on your forecast!
