NH1 First Alert Weather: Dry stretch ahead for NH

NH1 Meteorologist

It's been a busy month of weather, with most places seeing between 2 and 3 feet of snow since the beginning of February.

Changes are ahead - including milder weather - but a big time warm-up is not in the forecast.

Friday brings a mostly sunny sky and a gusty northwesterly breeze. Highs will be in the low to mid 30s, but feeling a bit colder with the gusty wind. A warm front starts to move in on Saturday. This will mean more clouds, but also milder temperatures. Highs on Saturday should be in the 40s.

Sunday looks sunny and even milder. Southern areas should approach the 50 degree mark. Even the mountains will manage to approach 40 degrees.

Dry weather looks to continue into the middle of next week, but it is still February after all, so we are not done with winter yet.
