NH1 First Alert Weather: Cold air is coming to NH, storm possible by next weekend
NH1 Chief Meteorologist
An upper level low with a deep pool of cold air is drifting across New England on this Monday.
As it pulls away it will direct a significant batch of Arctic air back into the region Tonight through Tuesday. A trough will remain in place across the Northeast through the end of the week, which will allow more cold air to spill in from Canada for the rest of the week keeping temperatures running below the norm of 30 degrees.
There is a chance of significant snow storm by next weekend, but it is is still far away, and the track will likely change. We will have more details on that in the coming days.
For now, here is what you can expect for tonight & tomorrow!
