Low pressure will be moving south of New England today and then slowly make its way out to sea for Tuesday morning. This means we'll continue to see onshore winds which will lock in a good deal of clouds for us again today along with a few for scattered showers and pockets of drizzle. Now, it won't be raining all day by any means and in fact, there may be some brightening to the sky at times. Temperatures will also stay on the cool side only in the low to mid 70s.
The last of any showers will come to an end tomorrow morning with partly sunny skies returning during the afternoon as High pressure builds back into the region. At first we'll still be on the cooler, more comfortable side of that High through Wednesday, but as the High moves to our southeast the circulation around it will bring back the heat and humidity for later in the week.
High temperatures Tuesday will rise to the upper 70s. Wednesday looks to be one of those top 10 nearly perfect weather days with low humidity, lots of sunshine, and highs in the low 80s. Then as I said, heat and humidity will return for Thursday and Saturday, with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. Watch for possible thunderstorms late Friday and again Saturday.
Have a great week!
