Last month, GTAT filed for what could be the 2nd biggest bankruptcy in the state, leading to nearly 900 layoffs, including 46 in the Granite State. Apple unexpectedly decided not to honor a $578 million contract deal that would have had GTAT supplying Apple with sapphire for its mobile products.
