NH1 Chief Meteorologist Clayton Stiver's Fall Foliage Update: Sept. 26, 2014

We still have a few weeks to go for a good portion of the Granite State until we get to peak color changes, but some portions of NH are already showing off great colors! Head to the Mountains and North Woods right now to see the most vibrent colors. There is still a bit of green mixed in here, but the colors are pretty widespread. If you head up to the extreme highest elevations, color changes are closing in on peak. Elsewhere, the swamp and sugar maples have really changed to nice colors. For more details on color change status and good places to go to check out the foliage, go to the website Be sure to email us your fall foliage pictures or post them on our facebook page and twitter handle and we'll try to put them on air!
