High pressure moves across the region for Friday. This will lead to fair skies but temps remain cold.
A few weak upper level disturbances will track through during the weekend possibly sparking some flurries or snow showers mainly across the Mountains, but for most, just some clouds.
High pressure moving south of NH for the start of next week brings more quiet weather with temps returning to seasonable levels, around 40 to start the week, then continuing to climb through the 40s as we progress through the week.
Friday: Ample sunshine, breezes back down, cold, highs 21-25. Friday Night: Mostly clear, lows 4-8. Saturday: Partly sunny, slight chance for a flurry or snow shower across the Mountains and Great North Woods, highs 29-33. Sunday: Partly sunny, slight chance for flurries or snow showers across the Mountains and Great North Woods, highs 33-37. Monday: Partly sunny, slight chance for flurries or snow showers mainly across the Mountains and Great North Woods, highs 36-40. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Mostly sunny, warmer, highs 40-46.
