NH teen sued by widow of man killed in skiing accident
The widow of a New Jersey man killed in a ski accident in Colorado has sued the New Hampshire teen involved in the crash.
The 42-year-old New Jersey man, John Sherwood, was killed in a ski accident in Breckenridge, Colo. earlier this year, NJ.com reported. The teen had hit Sherwood from behind while skiing down an expert trail at about 12:30 p.m.
A $75,000 lawsuit was filed by Tracey Sherwood who says the teen's ski coach failed to supervise him and the ski team that the teen belonged to did not properly train the coach.
