NH teen gets 45 years in prison after pleading guilty to 2nd-degree murder in Nashua


NASHUA — A 19-year-old was sentenced to 45 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to a second-degree murder charge in Nashua court on Thursday, according to court documents.

Jonathon Goff, of Nashua, admitted to fatally stabbing Benjamin Marcum back in March 2015. Marcum was found murdered on a city pathway in Nashua.

Stephen Peno was also arrested for the murder. He pleaded guilty to the charges of accomplice to second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and falsifying physical evidence on Oct. 26 and is serving 28 years to life in prison.
