NH surfer leaves letter of apology for plow crew after 'being a jerk' when asked to move his car


RYE - When District 6 plow crew asked a group of surfers to move their cars from a "no parking" zone near Bass Beach last month, one surfer rudely objected the crew's request but later came up with quite the apology.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation shared a Facebook post on Wednesday, that features an image of a note of apology left by the surfer who was rude to the plow crew the night of the storm.

In the letter left a few days later, a surfer named John apologizes to a plow team member for "being a jerk," and tells him that he is "sorry for behaving poorly."

From there, John goes on to express his gratitude for the team's hard work and thanks them for their efforts.
