NH Superior Court rejects convicted murderer Tristian Wolusky's request for new trial

DOVER — Convicted murderer Tristan Wolusky, 20, requested a new trial, but the Superior Court has rejected it, according to the Union Leader.

Wolusky asked to set aside the verdict from Oct. 19 because there is new evidence stating that the state's key witness lied on the stand.

Wolusky was charged with his involvement in the murder of a Madbury teen, Aaron Wilkinson, over drugs and money on June 21, 2014.

Michael Tatum, 23 and Zachary Pinette, 20 were also involved with the death of Wilkinson and are serving 30 years in prison.

This is the third attempt to have Wolusky's verdict set aside.
