NH sex offender arrested after exposing himself to high school girls in Mass.


LEXINGTON, Mass. — A New Hampshire sex offender was arrested Thursday for allegedly exposing himself to high school girls.

Jacob Mobley Hall, 30 from Manchester, was arrested around 3 p.m. in the area of Lexington High School, according to Fox 25.

Sex offender registry backlog creates concern for victims. Mobley Hall was charged with three counts of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior.

The suspect was tracked down after a short foot pursuit. Police said he did not resist arrest.
