ROCHESTER — Police make a drug arrest after receiving reports of a suspicious man in wandering around in Gonic.

According to police, residents of Flagg Road asked for a man they did not recognize living in the area to be checked on.

When police found the man, 38-year-old Tino Marino, they learned he had an active warrant out for his arrest and placed him into custody.

Police said that while they were arresting Marino, they found a significant amount of crack-cocaine and heroin on him.

Marino was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug/narcotic, a class B felony.

He is being held at Strafford County jail without bail due to his existing warrant.
