MANCHESTER – Andy Blacksmith, the co-host of “Greg and the Morning Buzz,” has died after a five-year battle with heart failure.
Blacksmith passed away Sunday at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He had been waiting for a heart transplant since he was diagnosed.
In a statement on Manchester Rock Station’s website, Greg Kretschmar said, “While there are difficult and emotional days ahead, we will all be thinking of the 17 years of great memories we had alongside him."
Services for Andy Blacksmith have not been announced yet.
