NH Police searching for man who stole CHaD 'Donation Dinosaur' from Wal-Mart

CONCORD — Police are searching for a man who stole the Wal-Mart "Donation Dinosaur," which collects donations for Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock.

Store video shows an unidentified man entering Wal-Mart on Aug. 8 and taking the "Donation Dinosaur" and a crowbar to open it.

Police found the broken container near the store, but a majority of the money had been taken.

The video showed a thin, white male around middle age. He had a cast or bandage on his right hand.

Concord Police Department asks for help with identifying the suspect in the theft and said to call at (603) 225-8600.
