NH non-profit law firm gets $488,000 grant to offer more legal services

CONCORD – Almost half a million dollars was awarded to the New Hampshire Legal Assistance to provide civil legal aid services to residents.

New Hampshire Legal Assistance is a non-profit law firm representing low-income residents.

According to the Concord Patch, The New Hampshire Bar Foundation’s IOLTA Grants Program gave $488,000 to help residents seeking civil legal services.

Legal aid services include cases of domestic abuse, veterans’ benefits, safe family housing and health care for people with disabilities.
