NH mother found unconscious with child in back seat is being held on $5K bail

MANCHESTER — The New Hampshire woman found unconscious behind the wheel of a car with her child in the back seat is being held on $5,000 bail.
Police found 31-year-old Alyssa Lombardi of Manchester unresponsive at the Gulf Express on 21 South Main St. around 1:45 a.m. Sunday.
According to police, Lombardi's 5-year-old son was asleep in the back seat of her Subaru Forester.
After waking Lombardi up, she allegedly agreed to a search of the vehicle. Officers found three bags of heroin totaling .04 grams from her purse on the passenger seat of the car, police said.
Lombardi faces charges that include possession of a controlled drug, operating under the influence of drugs or liquor and endangering the welfare of a child.
The child is currently in the care of a family member.
