NH mom arrested for aggravated DWI with 3 children younger than 16 in car
BOW — While responding to a large tree across the road, police stopped and arrested a New Hampshire mother for aggravated DWI with three of her children, all under the age of 16, in the vehicle.
At approximately 11:50 p.m. May 21, Bow police responded to a large tree across the road on Bow Center Road.
While police were assisting the Department of Transportation with a road closure, a vehicle drove through the cone package that was set up due to the work zone. Officers stopped the vehicle and the driver, Rebecca Testa, 39, of Bow, agreed to take a field sobriety test, police said. She was then arrested for aggravated DWI.
Testa had three of her children in the vehicle during the incident, all under the age of 16. They were picked up at the scene by a family member.
Testa was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the Concord district court on June 12.
