NH man pleads guilty to creating child pornography, sending it to undercover FBI agent
CONCORD — A man pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of manufacturing child pornography, according to U.S. Attorney John Farley.
According to court documents from the plea hearing, Andrew McKenzie, 28, of Brookfield, began an online conversation through Kik with an undercover FBI agent in October 2016.
McKenzie agreed to send the agent sexually explicity pictures of a young child, who McKenzie knew in person.
McKenzie agreed to serve a 262-month federal prison sentence along with five years of supervised release as part of the plea agreement.
The sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 19.
