NH man found dead after falling from 5-story balcony in Portsmouth
PORTSMOUTH — A Portsmouth man fell off his fifth-floor balcony to his death on Saturday, police said.
Seacoastonline reported that police and fire officials responded to Portwalk Place at about 11:58 a.m. on Saturday to a report of a fall. Upon their arrival, police found Robert Nebiker, 50, of Portsmouth, lying in the street.
Police reported that Nebiker was found not breathing, had no pulse and suffered "severe trauma to his chest and head." He was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital in cardiac arrest.
Police are still investigating the cause of the five-story fall and have not ruled out foul play or any structural deficiencies as possible reasons.
