NH man charged with stalking after found in ex's apartment with broken items

NASHUA — An Amherst man was arrested after police responded to a report of a disorderly man and found him in a woman's apartment with several things broken on Monday at about 7:25 p.m.

Thomas Fallon, 48, was charged with stalking, domestic violence, and four counts of criminal mischief after police found him at 104 Walnut Street Apartment #2, which is the apartment of a woman he has been in a relationship with in the past.

The woman who rents the apartment was located nearby and told police that nothing was broken when she left earlier that day.

Fallon has a criminal history of stalking from September 2015. As a result, the stalking offense was upgraded to a class B felony.

Fallon can face up to seven years in prison. Fallon is being held on $10,000 cash only bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on October 11, 2016.
