NH man charged with posting sexually explicit photos, videos of ex-girlfriend to Facebook
SELINSGROVE, Pa. — A New Hampshire man is accused of harassing a Susquehanna University student after posting "intimate" pictures and videos on a fraternity Facebook page and creating fake social media accounts in her name.
Police identified the man as Guy Wishart, 44, of Lincoln, New Hampshire.
According to the affidavit, the victim stated that her ex-boyfriend, Wishart, posted private videos and pictures, that were intended for him only, of her on Facebook. The images were posted on to the Phi Mu Delta Facebook page.
"Wishart has been texting her father, who is located in New Hampshire, vulgar messages and also creating fake Facebook account using her name and trying to speak with her friends," the affidavit states.
The victim stated that Wishart created a dating profile through the app Tinder, resulting in men showing up at her dorm room. The victim also stated she has never created anything from Tinder and believes that Wishart provided men on Tinder with her cellphone number.
Wishart was charged with stalking, harassment, and unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.
A preliminary hearing will be held June 12 at 11:30 a.m.
