NH man charged with DWI after allegedly yelling outside his parked car in Wolfeboro
WOLFEBORO — A man reported for yelling outside of his car late Friday night was later arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
Police responded to Birch Road after getting calls that a man was yelling outside of his parked vehicle around 11 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found the car, but no one was near it.
Ervin White was later found in the area of Mast Landing where officers conducted a field sobriety test, police said.
After investigating the car, officers found White had hit the curb in the Mast Landing area before parking on Birch Road and continuing on foot.
White was asked several questions by police on the scene who determined that he was under the influence.
A court date is scheduled for June 7 at Ossipee district court.
