NH man charged with DUI after car crashes through woods into driveway

ROCHESTER — A Pittsfield man has been charged with drunken driving after he took his vehicle off a road in Rochester, according to police.

Rochester police, fire and Frisbie EMS responded to Rochester Hill Road on Monday at about 9 p.m. Daniel Sullivan, 43, was operating a Ford F-250 when his vehicle left the road, traveled through the woods, and ended up in someone's driveway.

Sullivan was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled drug. He was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bail. He is set to appear in court on Sept. 16.
