NH man arrested after police find him driving under suspension
WOLFEBORO — A Tuftonboro man was arrested after being pulled over for a faulty headlight June 30.
Wolfeboro police said they stopped a vehicle driven by Andrew Grupp, 35, around 9:16 p.m. for operating without proper headlights.
Police learned that Grupp's license and registration were under suspension for defaulting on a court summons.
Grupp was taken into custody and charged with operating after suspension and suspended registrations. He was taken to the Wolfeboro Police Department where he was processed and released.
He is set to appear in the Ossipee district court Aug. 2 at 8 a.m.
