NH man accused of throwing rock at woman's windshield during road rage incident


MERRIMACK — A man stopped on a moped was arrested for an outstanding criminal mischief warrant.

Police say 20-year-old Kyle Trask was stopped around 6 p.m. Sunday for a motor vehicle violation.

While officers conducted a license check, they found that Task had an active warrant for conspiracy to commit criminal mischief.

The event took place April 11 where Task allegedly threw a rock at a woman's windshield during a road rage incident. The responding officer said he requested and was granted a warrant for Trask’s arrest.

Police said Trask was taken into custody and transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was charged.

He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on July 25 in Merrimack district court.
