WINDHAM — A man has been indicted on 11 counts of sexual assault of a minor for more than 11 years.
Julian Azibert, 38, of Windham, is accused of sexually abusing a young girl from age 6 to age 18.
According to court documents, Azibert preformed oral sex on the victim and made her give him oral sex several times in a dressing room at the Mall of New Hampshire.
The abuse continued in Azibert's living room and bedroom, in both places the victim was forced to preform and receive oral sex.
Azibert was an authority figure in the girl's life, and allegedly used that as leverage to sexually abuse her, according to the indictments.
The victim told police that Azibert touched her in an intimate fashion, for the purpose of sexual arousal several times over a two-month period.
In a bathroom at the Manchester YMCA, Azibert is accused of sexual penetration on the victim, the indictments state.
According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, on July 16, 2016, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton spoke to a crowd of several hundred activists at Azibert's 87 Lowell Road residence.
The abuse took place between June 1, 2005, and Nov. 30 2016, according to the indictments.
