NH man accused of possessing heroin released on bail
ROCHESTER — A Rochester man was released on bail after being charged with common nuisances and possession of a controlled drug.
On May 11, during a wanted person investigation, police found a large amount of drug paraphernalia, evidence of drug use and a small amount of suspected heroin. Gerald Landry, 56, was arrested during the incident and charged with common nuisances and possession of a controlled drug (heroin).
Landry was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail with an arraignment scheduled for Thursday.
