NH man, 60, facing 3 charges of sexually assaulting girls between ages 11 and 13

NEW HAMPTON — A 60-year-old man was arrested after multiple allegations of aggravated felonious sexual assault surfaced over a ten-year period involving multiple victims between the ages of 11- and 13-years-old.

The acts allegedly occurred in New Hampton when both victims were between the ages of 11- and 13-years-old.

Robert "Bob" Ely was charged with two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault on a minor under the age of 16 and one count of felonious sexual assault on a minor under the age of 16.

The judge set bail at $1000,000 personal recognizance and $5,000 cash bail.
