NH Ice Castles sculpture attraction to open on Friday in Lincoln

LINCOLN - An acre-sized castles - made entirely of ice - are returning to Lincoln for another season on Friday.

They are one of only three ice castles in America.

The Lincoln Ice Castles are just about an hour north of Concord - and the drive alone through all of the mountains is beautiful enough, but all of the lights on the ice is a sight that can't be beat.

Last year, there were more than 60 towers - some walls taller than 50 feet.

Organizers say there's plenty of new features to look forward to this year.

Ticket prices and times they are open are posted on their website.

The site opens Friday and will be open through March 5.
