NH drug dealer who sold fatal dose of fentanyl faces 16-years in prison

ROCHESTER — A man who pleaded guilty to supplying a person in Rochester with a deadly dose of drugs will spend between 8- and 16-years in prison.

Ryan Kirk, 27, sold the drugs to Adam Rainaud, who was found unresponsive inside a unit at Northgate Apartments on June 24.

Prosecutor Timothy Sullivan said Kirk could have a year-and-a-half of his sentence suspended if he is of good behavior while incarcerated.
