ROCHESTER - State charges have been dropped against Eve Tarmey's mother for her role in the teen's drug overdose death.
The state filed a Noelle Pros order on Friday on Jazzmyn Rood's controlled drug act and reckless conduct charges.
The state also has done the same in the cases of Mark Ross and Leslie Aberle.
However, all three still face federal charges.
Rood was indicted last month for distribution of a controlled substance and providing false information to police.
Ross and Aberle face two counts of distributing a controlled substance to a person under age 21 – death resulting.
All three are scheduled for a federal trial that starts April 5.
