NH crews continue fight wildfire in Idaho despite predictions of worsening conditions

BOISE, Idaho — New Hampshire fire crews are continuing the fight against wildfires in Idaho but the upcoming weather may worsen the situation.

As the temperature rises and relative humidity falls, fire activity is expected to increase in the Deadwood Ridge area.

Smoke from the fire carried by Southwest winds is expected to effect Garden Valley, Lowman, and Stanley communities.

The temporary flight restriction in the area is still in effect and any unauthorized aircraft or drones could cause fire suppression aircraft to be grounded.

All current evacuation levels remain the same.

More information can be found on the Forest Service's site.
