NH couple facing charges connected with sexual assault of 14-year-old girl
GOFFSTOWN — A Goffstown couple is facing sexual assault charges in connection with an underage female.
David Cazares, 45, is now facing 10 charges: aggravated felonious sexual assault; attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault; two charges of endangering the welfare of a child; two indecent exposure charges; two criminal solicitation charges; and two sexual assault charges, according to the Union Leader.
Cazares was arraigned on Thursday and held on $25,000 cash bail, origianlly $100,000.
His girlfriend, Cristal Ball, 46, is faced with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was released on $1,000 cash bail.
The charges stem from allegations that David Cazares and Cristal Ball both sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl multiple times in 2014 and 2015.
Cazares also is facing a sexual assault charge from Dunbarton police as well. That charge come from incident that occurred in August 2014 where he allegedly forced the same victim to perform a sex act while the two were on the ATV trails off Ray Road in Clough State Park.
