New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald announced on Friday that Kelly Flanagan, 38, also known as Kelly Silva, is accused of selling the fatal dose of fentanyl to David Gross in 2016.
Gross was found unresponsive in the bathroom of the Somersworth Public Library on October 4, 2016. He was later pronounced dead from reportedly overdosing on fentanyl.
