NH AG's office opens 4 homicide investigations within 1 week


CONCORD - The New Hampshire Attorney General's office is investigating four separate homicides that have occurred within just a few days time.

No arrests have been made.

Police responded to a 911 call for shots fired in at 231 Thornton St. in Manchester Tuesday. Officials said Robert Shatney, 50, died of a gunshot wound to the chest. Officials are urging area residents to be vigilant.

On Monday, officials in Effingham say 63 year old Robert Dishman died at the hospital of a gunshot wound after an incident at a residence at 4 Am’s Way.

On Sunday, officials responded to a 911 call around 3:30 p.m. to a home on York St in Berlin. A two year old girl identified as Madison Dana was later pronounced dead of blunt impact injuries.

On November 23rd officials responded to a 911 call at 1:49 a.m. at 234 Atwell Hill Road in Wentworth. A resident, Todd Downing, 60, died at a local hospital of blunt force injuries.

Anyone with information is urged to call the police.
