According to the Union Leader, The agreement to meet with a judge comes roughly four months after prosecutors upgraded charges against Griffith, indicting her on a felony count of criminal restraint. She also faces a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Prosecutors and Griffith’s defense lawyer are expected to meet with a judge on May 20 in Rockingham County Superior Court to discuss a possible resolution.

If a deal isn’t reached, Griffith is expected to go on trial the week of June 27. If convicted, Griffith could spend a potential 3 ½ to 7 years in prison.
