New, user-friendly National Diabetes Education Program website

CHANGING FAMILIES - You can now find diabetes education, resources and tools at the new, and improved, CDC National Diabetes Education Program website. It has been redesigned to be easier to navigate and it is now available for your smart phone, tablet or computer.

The CDC’s NDEP website can help you find science-based, tested, culturally appropriate educational resources for working in health settings and communities with people who have or are at risk for type 2 diabetes across a range of racial and ethnic groups. You also can read about partnering with NDEP and find diabetes education training and technical assistance resources.
