CONCORD - Final approval has been given to a Concord Developer who wants to convert a church to condos.
As part of Jon Chorlian's project "Bienvenue," the former Sacred Heart Church on Pleasant Street will be turned into high-end condos.
The city's planning board approved the project Wednesday night.
